Data security and integrity

All of our vendors are “Best in Class” and offer the highest levels of security. Each account is only accessible through the use of an individual user id and password. Our servers allow for triple redundancy of every instance. Our encryption technology is fully HIPAA compliant to store and access medical records. You may review our HIPAA white paper here. Our merchant service provider utilize the latest in PCI compliance and Secure Socket Layer technologies.
The data centers that we utilize are housed in nondescript facilities, and critical facilities have extensive setback and military grade perimeter control berms as well as other natural boundary protection. Physical access is strictly controlled both at the perimeter and at building ingress points by professional security staff utilizing video surveillance, state of the art intrusion detection systems, and other electronic means. Authorized staff must pass two-factor authentication no fewer than three times to access data center floors. All visitors and contractors are required to present identification and are signed in and continually escorted by authorized staff. Each customer is assigned multiple physical locations as a normal part of those services and at no additional charge. This allows for 2 catastrophic instances in different locations while still having a third instance running. This allows for triple redundancy. Our checkout is compliant with the latest PCI authentication protocols.
