The Filocity.com website, the various web pages comprising this site, and any service, software, application, plug-in, component, functionality, or program created by Filocity.com website (collectively, the “Services”) are offerings of Filocity.com,LLC (“Filocity”, “Filocity.com”,et al.) Using any of the Services constitutes your agreement to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”) without modification
Free Trials and Refund Policy
Free trials of certain Filocity products and services may be offered from time to time. The terms and conditions of such free trials shall be contained in the offer. No refund of any amount paid shall be granted under any of the following circumstances: 1) the accurate conversion of a free trial to a paid service; 2) the accurate collection of any fee for any active membership or other subscription service; or 3) the accurate collection of fees or other payment for any other product or service
Modification of these terms of use
Filocity reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which the Filocity Services are offered, including but not limited to the charges associated with the use of the Filocity Services.
Restrictions on Transfer
User may not assign rights or obligations under this Agreement or redistribute, encumber, sell, rent, lease, sub license, or otherwise transfer your rights to the Services without the express written consent of Filocity.
Restrictions on Alteration
You may not modify any of the Services or create any derivative work of Services or accompanying documentation. Derivative works include but are not limited to translations. You may not alter any files or libraries in installed instance of a Service. You may not modify, adapt or hack the Service or modify another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with the Service, Filocity or any other Filocity service.

Filocity Services may contain links to other websites. These 3rd Party websites are provided as a convenience. Filocity.com, LLC is not responsible for the contents of any 3rd Party website, including without limitation any link contained in a linked site, or any changes or updates to a linked site. Filocity.com,LLC is not responsible for webcasting or any other form of transmission received from any 3rd Party website. Filocity.com,LLC is providing these links to you only as a convenience, and the inclusion of any link does not imply affiliation, endorsement, or adoption by Filocity, LLC of the site or any association with its operators.
Certain services made available by Filocity are delivered by third party sites and organizations. Account Terms
You must be 13 years or older to use this Service. Registrants between the ages of 13 and 18 must have a parent assist in the completion of registration You must be a human. Accounts registered by “bots” or other automated methods are not permitted.
You must provide your legal full name, a valid email address, and any other information requested in order to complete the signup process.
Your login may only be used by one person a single login shared by multiple people is not permitted. You may create separate logins for as many people your Account plan allows.

You agree not to knowingly use the Service for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited and not to knowingly use the Service in any manner which could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service or network(s), communications equipment or computer(s) connected to the Service, or interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of the Service, including the distribution of unsolicited bulk messages of a commercial or non-commercial nature.

Copyright and Content Ownership: Filocity makes no claim to intellectual property rights over any material you post as content in your use of the Services. You acknowledge that content that you share through the Services is viewable to others. Filocity does not routinely screen Content but reserves at its sole discretion the right to remove Content. Filocity does not have the obligation to remove Content.

Use of Filocity.com services
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We may, but have no obligation to, remove Content and Accounts containing Content that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party’s intellectual property or these Terms of Service.
Verbal, physical, written or other abuse (including threats of abuse or retribution) of any Filocity customer, employee, member, or officer, or other person will result in immediate account termination.
You must not upload, post, host, or transmit unsolicited email, SMSs, or “spam” messages.
You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
You must not conduct or forward surveys, contests, pyramid schemes or chain letters.
Restrict or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying Filocity.com.
Harvest or otherwise collect information about others, including e-mail addresses, without their consent.
If your bandwidth usage significantly exceeds the average bandwidth usage (as determined solely by Filocity) of other Filocity customers, we reserve the right to immediately disable your account or restrict your file hosting until you can reduce your bandwidth consumption.
Filocity.com has no obligation to monitor hosted Content. However, Filocity, LLC reserves the right to review materials posted to a Filocity.com account and to remove any materials in its sole discretion. Filocity, LLC reserves the right to terminate your access to any or all of the services of Filocity.com at any time without notice for any reason whatsoever.
FILOCITY, LLC reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to upload or post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, in FILOCITY’s sole discretion.
